water
water quality should be tested , but as a rule of thumb a good charcoal filter is a good way to have great water in Colorado the filter should be replaced every 6 months or about 500 gallons on water run through. the county will test your water for about 6 or 8 things or content, give them a call and check prices, if hardness is found high it's better to buy bottled water. RO filter is high maintenance and is a great source of good water , about 450.00 dollars and 65.00 dollars every 6 months for filters replacement. I hope this helps.....dale

medicine in water
We are actually being exposed to medications that we are not even taking. . Many of these drugs are not even approved for use in humans. It is interesting that with all the problems of contaminants in our water (e.g., pesticides, herbicides, gasoline additive MTBE, chlorine, etc.) a much greater effort is expended to add fluoride to our water than cleaning up the existing supply. It is worth noting that there are no regulations in place requiring testing for these pharmaceutical contaminants or safety limits set.
So, not only do we need to be concerned about chlorine in the drinking water, but we actually need to factor in the drugs that are used or tossed away by society. T

Coke
As every schoolchild knows, the ingredients of Coca-Cola are one of the world’s best-kept secrets. In order to protect the mystique of The Real Thing, even subcontractors who bottle the stuff are kept in the dark, however their bottled water, Dasani, is The Real Thing. It is pure and simple tap water. To be fair to Coca-Cola, their water is cleaned as it is first passed through three filters intended to extract particles, organic debris and chlorine before a final reverse osmosis stage
lexan bottles
Because it is bad for the environment, bottled water is definitely not the best long-term choice. I came up with the solution of purchasing a quart Lexan bottle. This virtually indestructible plastic container is available in a variety of colors and is sold in nearly all camping or sports stores.
I take it and fill it with clean filtered water from home and bring it to restaurants with me. The Nalgene bottles are far superior to using recycled bottles because they have a wide cap, which allows you to regularly clean it and keep it from becoming contaminated with mold that happens on a regular basis when you use disposable water bottles. plastic bottles unhealthy
Research has shown that low BPA levels have had an adverse effect on prostate development, tumors, breast tissue development, sperm count and enlargement of fat cells in the body.
Scientists have warned against allowing any polycarbonate plastics near your food or water and stated the devastating effects of these chemicals posed the biggest risk to babies during early development.
Despite the warnings, polycarbonate plastics continue to be used in a wide variety of products including food storage cans, dental sealants and the Nalgene Lexan bottles.

The big questian is should we be buying water? Which water? Would a water system for your home be better than using plastic bottles? What is wrong with city water? What about alkaline water? Anybody got some good answers? Holly

teeth Peggy
I have used Thieves on my teeth and gums for about 9 years. I has kept my gums at bay because of the crowns and bridge work that haunts my gums daily. If I didn't have thieves I'd be in trouble. I have used Melrose for cuts and scratches on my skin but have never used it inside of my mouth. I heals twice as fast as anything else I have ever used. I use a Sonicare toothbrush with either Thieves oil or the toothpaste. I also use the mouthwash when I want more protection. I guess that I would try the Thieves oil. Just swish in your mouth and let it work, then either swallow or spit out. I would spit until the gums are healed over well. Then I would use the mouthwash at bedtime after the Oil. Hope this helps. Perky girl teeth
clove is good for any discomfort. Warm salt water is probably best for a while, very warm, very salty. Thieves diluted to a non stinging level. Whatever, swish gently at first, more aggressively as the week progresses. Pertky girl
