What works for me so far has been the YoungLiving Lemon oil, I use it to start my system off with an alkiline base first thing in the Morning. I started using the Lemon for Kidney Stones, and continued it for almost a year and have not had any problems since them WOW... I Love the Essential Oils they have been a great help to my health.
