I understand that there is an essential oil that supports the adrenal
glands? What is it and how is it best used? How frequently should I use
it? Is there also one to support the thyroid glands?

According to the 4th edition EDR pg 118. Endo Flex ess oil amplifies metabolism and vitality and creates hormaonal balance.
It has in it:
Spearmint which supports glandular systems. Sage to dispel negative emotions. Geranium that assists in balancing hormones and stimulates the liver and pancreas. Myrtle which helps normalize hormonal imbalances of the thyroid and ovaries. German Chamomiles which protects the liver. Netmeg which supports the adrenal gland for increasing energy. The EDR recommends diffusing up to 30 min TID or to apply over the lower back thyroid kidneys liver feet glandular areas and the foot vita flex points for each organ.
